Roast Breakdown
Really easy and enjoyable coffee to roast. We didn't go in too high initially with heat application, due to the coffee being naturally processed, and made steady, calculated drops in temperature with a couple of strategically planned airflow adjustments. We found that developing the coffee too much resulted in the boozy characteristics/flavours being far too intense, so on the second run we dialed it back, resulting in a very fruity, rich and balanced cup. We love this coffee.
