 We're kicking-off the Craft House festivities with a sumptuous, fruity blend, a classic for the season that gets amongst the traditional Christmas blend crowd, and refines it. A simple but effective blending of Brazil Albertina and Costa Rica Don Ronaldo natural coffees. Get cozy, light your pine scented candles, and pop Home Alone on before they start charging for it.

Oh, and we loved the 'Stressed Elf' label design from our friends @Cygnus so much we decided to get it down from the loft and shamelessly use it again. Back by popular demand, no shelves required.

RECIPE:

We would recommend the following:

Dose: 18 grams
Brew temperature: 201ºF/94ºC
Brew time: 27-32 sec
Brew weight: 32-38 grams


This recipe should be taken as a starting point, and not an absolute as different machines and methods extract in different ways.


- All our coffee is packed in 250g and 1kg fully recyclable boxes and bags.
- All coffee orders of 1 x 250g are sent in our letter box friendly bag, orders over 1 x 250g are sent in boxes.
- We roast our coffee on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
