Albertina delivers the best of a classic naturally processed Brazilian coffee. Albertina is a small city located in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, bordering the state of São Paulo. The region’s economy primarily revolves around coffee production, with most farms being small to medium-sized.
Armando Costa, the father of Bruna Costa, owns a local dry mill in Albertina. He has played a significant role in developing the town’s infrastructure, including roads and schools, and employs numerous local families at his mill. These strong community ties have inspired the creation of a unique coffee that showcases the distinctive flavours of the Albertina region.
Minas Gerais is Brazil's principal agricultural state and is home to many of
the country's most celebrated estates, with expertise in planting, harvesting, drying and
sorting. Albertina coffees are known for their big body, rich chocolate notes and velvety
texture when pulled as an espresso.
